Permanent role - 40 hours

The company have operated for over 50 years and excel in their field of manufacturing and are regarding as a market leader by their peers.

Monitor and evaluate practice performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.

* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and management systems.

* Prepare regular reports on practice performance & operational metrics.

* Drive performance

* Ensuring quality and right first time

* Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and protocols to optimise practice efficiency.

* Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive prices while ensuring quality standards.

* Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.

* Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors whilst negotiating to obtain most competitive pricing and payment terms.

* Source and schedule all PPE, waste management, chemicals, and raw material.

Able to drive output across the business to achieve targets and objectives.

Working hours are (Apply online only)

* Working days are Monday - Friday

* Bonus scheme available based upon group performance
