Focus 5 Recruitment are looking for an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join a great Marketing Agency in Stoke.

This marketing agency works across B2B and B2C – including household names and they offer a full mix of marketing support. They are ambitious and have plans to grow which will allow the opportunity to progress and grow with them.

As an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving projects forward, and ensuring the successful delivery of creative and digital marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to translate client objectives into compelling and effective digital projects.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Account Manager:

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, and ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Project Management: Lead and oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from briefing to delivery, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our creative and design teams to translate client briefs into inspiring and effective creative concepts.
  • Strategic Thinking: Provide strategic input to clients, offering insights and recommendations to enhance their marketing and creative strategies.
  • Budget Management: Responsible for budget tracking and management, ensuring profitability while delivering exceptional value to clients.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management within a marketing agency environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Good digital knowledge across SEO, PPC and Social.
