As a member of the UC organization, you’ll support the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things (Iot), Platform, and Productivity Apps services in AWS. Want to be a part of AWS?
Have you ever wanted to see how real AWS services come to life?
The Tel Aviv based Amazon Web Services (AWS) Development Center plays a key role in building the AWS Elastic Disaster Recovery service, providing DR solutions for any application or database from any source (physical, virtual, or cloud) to AWS with near-zero downtime and 100% data integrity. Customers rely on our services to provide reliable business continuity solutions that simplify mobilizing entire workloads and environments to AWS.

We are looking for a passionate Software Development Manager to join CloudEndure and lead a software development team in the development of our service, AWS Elastic Disaster Recovery. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the large opportunity that AWS presents and about technology and management in general.

Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities of a Software Development Manager include: people management of a software development team, growing and mentoring software engineers on the team, owning and improving the software development process and lifecycle, building new features and capabilities, taking ownership over the service's operations, raising the bar on stability and security, handling customer escalations, collaborating with business stakeholders and other AWS service teams, and innovating on behalf of our customers.
