Title: Content Marketer
Employment Type: Minimum 4 month contract. We’re flexible on working hours…Part-time, 10am - 3pm (ideal for working parents looking for a reduced schedule) OR 3-4 full days/week (for freelancers)

The Page is a digital marketplace that matches homeowners to London's best contractors at a fair price. We achieve this by analysing millions of data points and market leading home renovation experts in an easy-to-use tech platform.

We are looking for a proactive, confident and emotionally intelligent Content Marketer to raise brand awareness and increase our funnel. Having reached operational capacity through zero marketing, we are looking for an individual to help reach our ambitious growth targets.
To date, The Page’s customers include first time millennial buyers getting on the property ladder to baby boomers renovating their portfolio of properties. The UK has an ageing housing stock where demand for renovating has never been higher; Bring our vision of championing contractors to life through our content and join us in shaping the conversation.

Multi-format Content Development & Distribution:
Plan and create compelling content that inspires & empowers our target audience, in line with a clear distribution strategy.
Optimise content for relevant channels to maximise its reach and impact.

Research and Analysis
~ Constantly research London interiors, designs, styles, influential individuals to generate new and inspiring content. Monitor marketing, social and industry trends for analysis and opportunities and report on brand, social and email performance.


Community Engagement
Engage with our community of homeowners across various platforms - regularly monitoring and learning about their renovation journey, behaviours and pain-points during the process.
Use insights to inform and develop content that resonates, and provides real solutions to our community.

Assist in the creation of visual assets & copy aligned with brand guidelines. Support with content for marketing campaigns, brand events and activations where needed. Represent the brand and ensure marketing objectives and brand guidelines are met to a high standard.


A keen understanding and interest in copywriting, social media and emerging trends. You’re a natural creative thinker with a knack of coming up with interesting and engaging written content.
You’re passionate about writing copy that’s succinct, clear and helpful for customers.
3+ years) of creating high-quality written content in a variety of formats, including web pages, blogs, email campaigns, press releases, and social media. 
~ You’ve got a knowledge of SEO principles and have experience of successfully applying these principles in your content writing. (You are experienced in using data-driven insights to refine content strategy and optimise results.
~ You are familiar with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp (or) Brevo.
