About the role

  • We’re looking for an experienced UK-based Zoho Developer to bring and share their subject matter expertise to our growing, ambitious team as we upgrade our core systems and platforms.
  • This is a complex, growing business where the role is integral to our long term strategy. We are looking for confident individuals who have prior experience of working with detailed requirements across Zoho CRM, Creator, Lead Generation and integrating with external vendors.
  • Our Zoho Systems encapsulate our client onboarding process which is a fully digitised process taking our clients from the lead stage to being ready for setup through collecting key information and ensuring each client is compliant.
  • You'll be working in a Product Owner led team, with another Zoho Dev, Head of Product and CTO, working on the digitalisation of our business critical internal processes.
  • Your responsibilities:
  • Deliver new business process solutions using the broad spectrum of the Zoho product suite
  • Participate and articulate technical solutions to product requirements, partaking in technical discussions, investigations, discovery
  • Working with delivering change into a live CRM environment for a range of stakeholders
  • Bring your enthusiasm and energy to work with you and help us build great tech solutions as we position ourselves for growth and scale

Requirements:

  • 3 years+ of Zoho CRM development
  • Working in an agile setting and being product led
  • Demonstrable working knowledge of Zoho Creator, Zoho Writer, Zoho Sign, Pricebooks, web hooks and API integrations.
  • Aptitude for dealing with complex business requirements and subject matter, and proposing explainable solutions that the end user requirements
  • Working with Creator and integration with CRM (this will be tested for in interview)
  • Strong deluge skills, can you push what is possible with Zoho?
  • Track record of using Zoho CRM live,sandbox,dev environments
  • HTML, CSS , Javascript skills for working with Creator.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in Financial Services/Fintech
  • Experience working as a technical lead or Zoho Consultant
  • Experience working with Javascript frameworks (React, Next, Vue, Angular)
  • Our technology
