Willmott Dixon is seeking a Social Value Manager to join its Sustainability T eam for one year maternity cover supporting customers and construction projects in the s outhwest . You will play a lead role in organising and delivering community projects and supporting the delivery of careers and skills programmes across projects.
It is a hybrid working role with a mix of time spent with project teams on site, visiting customers and working in our as well as working from home .
This is an ideal role for someone highly motivated and looking to make a real difference in the communities where we work.
Good communication and relationship management skills are a must, coupled with an energetic interest in social sustainability.
Collaborate with other business functions (supply chain, commercial teams) to ensure social value is delivered through our supply chain? Monitor and report performance of projects against relevant KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and to embed best practice.
Able to use Microsoft suite of office programmes including Excel, Word, Outlook and Project.
Good level of education including Maths and English (both written and spoken).
Full UK driving licence.
Facilitation/Coaching experience or training.
