- Training and mentoring junior team members.

Profile
A successful Trust Manager/Senior Manager should have:
- A strong academic background in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in tax management and strategic planning.
- Excellent knowledge of tax legislation, specifically relating to trusts and estates.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and mentor junior staff.
