To establish the use of Social Media Pages as a platform to attract candidates
To process and analyse recruitment data, producing reports and statistics as necessaryCandidates will need to work in conjunction with managers of departments to write and place accurate, high quality adverts, managing the online recruitment platform to ensure maximum publicity to attract a wide pool of candidates.

You will support managers with the recruitment process, including setting managers up for use with the online recruitment platform, giving training in this as necessary.

You will also be required to support the development of the on-boarding process and ICT solutions, including the applicant tracking system and training of staff and managers of such.
