As our Head of Business Development & Account Management you will be responsible for leading an Account Management, Business Development and Sales team, building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients and new clients, while ensuring their satisfaction and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for leading and driving our business growth initiatives, identifying new opportunities within existing and new customers, and new geographies, expanding our market presence.
Coach and develop a team of Account, BD and Sales managers, enabling them to develop relationships across senior stakeholders across new and existing customers enabling them develop strategies which will deliver incremental value to the customer/new customer from the Tracsis portfolio of products.
Complying with the company bid management process, lead the development of winning proposals, pitches, and presentations for potential clients, and negotiate terms and agreements to secure new business opportunities.
Ownership of successfully meeting company revenue targets as defined by the SLT, by promoting and selling solutions and services into existing and new customers from the Tracsis Rail Tech portfolio.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research, data analysis, and forecasting.
Experience covering account management, Business Development and Sales roles.
Experience within an Enterprise software company.
Experience leading an Account Management/Sales team in an Enterprise software market.
Proven negotiation and commercial deal-making skills.
Proven business acumen and solutioning skills.
A business understanding of enterprise and SaaS software for asset intensive, infrastructure.
Experience of selling turn-key solutions including services and partner management.
