Job Title: Partner Marketing Manager

Client Location: London - hybrid

Starting: March/ April 2024

Salary/Pay Rate: £71,8k pa pro rata (PAYE)

Hours: Full-time, 35-hour week

Duration: 12 months

Job Description:

As a Partner Marketing Manager for the EMEA region, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns and events in collaboration with partners, EMEA Partner Team, and regional Partner Sales Management (PSM) teams. Your role involves aligning strategies with regional initiatives to drive successful outcomes.

Key duties include:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and events in collaboration with partners and regional PSM teams.
  • Create, select, and maintain partner, partner prospect, and joint prospect data, identifying key target audiences and coverage strategies.
  • Report and communicate campaign, content, and event progress, providing insights into new business opportunities and pipeline.
  • Manage the budget for the region, ensuring effective execution against the plan.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with Internal and External (Priority Partners) stakeholders within assigned territories.
  • Build quarterly Go-to-Market strategies and campaigns plans for the team and relevant partners.
  • Ensure alignment with overall region business strategy.
  • Monitor and adjust the demand generation plan to meet pipeline expectations promptly.
  • Develop Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Executive engagement plans, collaborating closely with field marketing teams.

  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence peers through collaborative working.
  • Demonstrable experience in enterprise marketing, preferably within a marketing technology vendor or Systems Integrator.
  • Experience in partner co-marketing activities.
