Elite Care Recruitment is now looking for Recruitment Consultant to join our Northampton Team. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant (preferably with knowledge of the healthcare industry) to join our team.

Source and attract nurses and other healthcare professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals

* Coordinate the recruitment process from job posting to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved

* Shared on call management (not 24 hours ) one weekend in 4 *

Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar sales role, preferably within the healthcare industry

* Knowledge of healthcare roles, qualifications, and regulatory requirements would be advantageous

* Understanding of compliance and the importance of maintaining correct data

* Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Free town centre parking

* Uncapped Bonuses*

* Monday to Friday

* 28 days holiday (inc. Ongoing training and support.
