As a Recruitment Resourcer, you be responsible for managing various recruitment and administrative activities that would be specific to the account and ensuring those are processed in a timely manner. Timely ATS and internal tracker updates, capturing candidates’ applications, scheduling and screening candidates, collating screening notes, submission of shortlists, scheduling interviews, feedback and offer management.

Timely review and response to applications captured within the client ATS.
Telephone screening candidates and assessing their suitability for the role.
Interviewing candidates on the phone.
Updating the recruitment system so that it accurately reflects recruitment process.
Performing other administrative tasks related to the Client’s recruitment process.
Managing various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process.
Updating the applicant tracking system as and when required and ensure data accuracy at all times.
Previous experience in a recruitment resourcing or coordination role.
A calm approach to handling consistently shifting priorities
Excellent communication skills and good phone manner.
Detail Obsessed - Focus on delivering quality and attention to detail in order to deliver exceptional outputs to our client’s needs.
Being super organised - Excellent planning, organisation and implementation skills.
