As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless transaction of service from attraction through to assignment.
Key Responsibilities:- Advertising and Promotion: Write engaging adverts for various jobs across multiple platforms, including job boards and social media.
- Candidate Enquiries: Respond to all candidate enquiries into the business for job searches and advertisements.
- Candidate Sourcing: Carry out searches for candidates, contact them, and arrange registrations.
- Candidate Tracking: Track candidate progress and activity.
- Candidate Placement: Assist in identifying, assessing, and putting forward skilled job-seeking candidates for placement into specified vacancies.
- Candidate Pool Management: Maintain a pool of readily available temporary candidates.
- Collaboration: Liaise with colleagues and other company departments as required.
- Compliance: Ensure that all compliance governance is met.
- System Updates: Update the system with candidate details.
- Record Keeping: Ensure records are kept in line with legislative requirements.
- KPIs: Work to KPIs regarding candidates sourced for site requirements.
- Candidate Scheduling: Schedule candidates to inductions.
- Candidate Confirmations: Issue candidate assignment confirmation documents.
- Reporting: Provide reports for Account Managers and Senior Management.
- Communication Skills: A confident and persuasive communicator.
- IT Skills: Strong IT skills, including the use of MS Office and Excel.
- Attention to Detail: Accurate, with attention to detail.
- Industry Experience: Comfortable with servicing roles across a range of industries.
- Previous Experience: Previous Resource experience desirable.
- Language Skills: Additional language skills are an advantage.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with the ability to work on various projects at any one time.
- People Skills: People focused with a can-do and positive attitude.
- Adaptability: Adaptable and flexible in your approach to an ever-changing workforce.
This role will be primarily based at our Northampton branch, however, on occasion, due to current restrictions, there may be a requirement to work remotely. If you're motivated, align with our core values, and are dedicated to delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you.
