Harmonic is excited to be working with a brand focussed emerging sector leader in quick service salads and bowls who are currently looking for a HR Manager.
This scaleup uses an exciting concept making healthy, sustainable, and plant-focused food accessible and convenient for people who are looking for a fresh quality organic and ethical meal option. The company’s ethos is to create a balanced lifestyle with food being at the core, using local sourced ingredients, encouraging tasty vegan and vegetarian options and working with talented chefs to curate menus.
This is a unique opportunity be part of an amazing company that is going through a growth phase bringing with it huge development opportunities. They are looking to add around 10 sites in the next 15 months in and around London to add to their list of restaurants. With a brand-new HQ, this company is investing heavily into making the brand the best option for a healthy meal.

As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping company culture, supporting team members and driving organisational success .
This HR Manager will manage the whole human resource’s function and own the HR piece. There is significant exposure with this role and a real opportunity to grow with the business.
Reviewing applications from live recruitment processes. Supporting the implementation of training and development programs.
Set company culture by bringing a positive personality and outgoing attitude.
2-3 years’ experience in a HR role.
~ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Hospitality/restaurant/food & beverage industry experience.
Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
