The role is full-time and office-based, and the working environment is fast-paced and collaborative.
In this role, you will oversee the operational delivery of the full HR service; covering recruitment and selection, onboarding, performance management, L&D, reward and remuneration, and employee relations.
You will be a business partner with a passion for transformation and excellence on the people agenda and be someone who understands the business beyond the HR function.
Advise executive team on all areas of HR including recruitment, learning and development, employment law, policy and regulation, and best practice
# Develop a common set of effective employment and internal policies
# Deliver L&D activity aligned with strategy and manage any training programmes
# Address resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance, and redundancy
# Review occupational health, employee programmes, staff benefits and packages, and communicate any initiatives
# Keep informed of company compliance, professional standards, policies, procedures, and legislation
# Experienced HR generalist and business leader within a matrix environment who is comfortable working and influencing senior leaders
# Proven success in executing HR strategy in line with business priorities and strategy
# Experience in project and change management
# Experience working with HR Information Systems (e.g. Strong team management and development skills
# High comfort with financial and quantitative aspects of HR
# Professional HR qualification, such as CIPD
# Experience in change management and organisational development
# Knowledge of HR principles, including UK & European employment legislation
