About the Role:

As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will be a key member of the People team, ensuring exceptional service delivery for payroll and benefits. You will be the subject matter expert (SME) for payroll in the UK and Ireland, responsible for:

  • Overseeing all aspects of payroll, from processing to audits.
  • Providing expert advice and support to employees on payroll and benefits related queries.
  • Leading on implementing legislative changes and ensuring compliance.
  • Managing relationships with HMRC and Irish revenue authorities.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain efficient processes.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Extensive experience in managing UK payroll, ideally with modified payrolls and multiple third-party involvement.
  • Experience in payroll benefits, P11Ds, and expatriate taxes.
  • Excellent knowledge of UK payroll legislation and strong understanding of Irish payroll practices.
  • A collaborative, agile, and growth-oriented mindset.
  • A genuine passion for employee experience and data-driven service delivery.

This role is London based and will require office presence on a hybrid basis of, 2 days a week in the office. Please be within a reasonable commute to Central London, to apply.
