A highly skilled Senior Oracle Payroll Specialist is required to join our team at Portfolio Payroll. This is a key role within our payroll function, and we are looking for an individual with expertise in Oracle Cloud/Fusion.
Key Responsibilities:- Process a full start-to-finish payroll on a monthly basis using Oracle, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Administer statutory deductions, including SMP, SPP, NI, and PAYE, in accordance with HMRC regulations.
- Manage all year-end processes, including P60s and P11Ds, to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Submit HMRC returns and reconcile payroll and HMRC data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Administer benefits, including CCV, IFSTL, and cycle-to-work schemes, to support employees.
- Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of Excel to analyze and present data.
- Provide support with EMEA payroll as required, working closely with the team to ensure seamless delivery.
