We are looking for an FNOL Claims Manager to join this dynamic business, who has expertise in Claims Handling. As the FNOL Manager, you will be working alongside a dedicated team of professionals and you will be responsible for overseeing the First Notice of Loss process, ensuring timely and accurate handling of insurance claims reported by their clients. You will be the go-to person for help and advice and ensure customers have a positive, smooth experience.

Main duties:

  • Carefully handling and evaluation of incoming FNOL cases, making sure all information is accurate and complete.
  • Communicate with clients, policyholders, and team to gather the necessary details for processing claims.
  • Use your FNOL expertise to mentor and guide fellow team members, boosting the team's overall skillset.
  • Work closely with other departments to improve processes and make customers' experiences even better.
  • Keep precise records and documents, adhering to both regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Key holder for opening and closing the office at the start and end of a shift (hours to be discussed).
