Job Description

As the Vendor Manager you will work as part of the Page Outsourcing delivery team and partner closely with our key client stakeholders. You'll be responsible for managing end to end recruitment of roles, primarily responsible for the delivery of roles via our supply chain partners as well as driving your own candidate generation and selection as required. Managing our supply chain against agreed KPIs, ensuring suppliers are engaged and motivated to work with our clients, measuring their performance against a defined scorecard, ensuring we are partnering with the best in market supply chain. Working with our client hiring managers to take them through candidate shortlists and then supporting the interviewing process through to successful completion and onboarding, sharing recruitment insights and feedback throughout the process.



Key Activities:
  • Proactively identify, develop, grow and maintain a network of supply chain agencies to ensure we have the best in market suppliers working on our client programmes
  • Monitor supplier performance, making recommendations for enhancements as necessary and conducting regular performance reviews
  • Manage all communications with the supply chain partners, including role briefs, offer negotiation, onboarding/offboarding and query management
  • Engage with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, ensuring our supply chain partners are adequately briefed to successfully fulfil the requirement
  • Identify talent in hard-to-reach places, engaging with our supply chain partners to fulfil our clients talent acquisition requirements
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Manager on monthly reporting at all stages of the recruitment process for review with client and the supply chain. Inclusion of statistics on D&I applications and conversion rates
  • Proactively seek and provide data and market insights to stakeholders and business leaders making strong recommendations to inform key recruiting decisions
  • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation in our applicant tracking system on supplier activity and performance, candidates, hiring manager's interactions and feedback and other recruiting activities

The Successful Applicant

As the successful Vendor Manager you will demonstrate:

  • Experience gained within agency and / or onsite recruitment
  • Domain expertise in head office, STEM, or finance recruitment
  • Broad exposure to recruitment ATS / VMS platforms
  • Understanding of end to end recruitment processes
  • Management of Supply Chain practices advantageous
  • Strong working knowledge of sourcing tools, channels, and networking
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to negotiate effectively
  • Proactive, able to prioritise and manage own workload
  • Reliable and well organised
  • Team player with a flexible and confident approach to work
  • Ability to influence people, sell ideas and concepts and gain commitment
  • Customer focused
