Helping to compile lists and arranging meetings with stakeholders
Making travel and accommodation arrangements
Preparing agendas, co-ordinating papers, note-taking, and ensuring follow-up actions, as appropriate.
Establishing and maintaining administrative systems, procedures and databases in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
Assisting and advising in the drafting and distribution of papers, tender specifications and project plans.
Coordinating and contributing to the production of resources including proof-reading.
Fluent in the spoken and written Welsh language
