Marketing Technology Consultancy Practice Lead

London

Hybrid

£90k - £120k base plus Bonus and Benefits

A leading Data, Marketing Technology and Customer Experience Platform Consultancy are looking for an experienced Martech Leader to join and manage a Delivery Team within their Technology Implementation Practice

The business focus on delivering Digital Transformation across a wide range of products within the Data and Marketing Technology space from a variety of venders which includes Adobe, Braze, Salesforce, HCL, Oracle, Tealium, mParticle, Segment, Bloomreach, Klaviyo, Airship, Iterable, Google, Snowflake and AWS

Role Responsibilities

  • Day to date line management of technical delivery team (10 – 15 tech consultants)
  • Leading on client pitches and RFP/Presales meetings
  • Leading Martech workshops, conferences and seminars at international events
  • Supporting with high level solution design
  • Preparing Statements of Work for (SOWS) for client sign off
  • Estimations of timelines and costings for Implementation projects

The Ideal Candidate

  • You will have worked in a Technology Consulting firm on CRM/Marketing Automation, Customer Data Platform, Web Analytics, Data or AI projects
  • 2 -3 years of line managing teams of 5 plus
  • Familiarity with a variety of coding languages which may include (HTML, Java, Python etc), perhaps from a hands-on development background or at least able to do code reviews
  • Understanding of web API (Application Protocol Interface), SOAP, REST or GAPH QL etc
  • Understanding of Relational Database Management Systems (RDMS)
