As the world transitions towards sustainable energy solutions, the demand for electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure continues to rise. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in managing relationships with key clients in the EV charging industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, account management, and a passion for promoting sustainable transportation solutions.
Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the EV charging sector.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
Understand clients' business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction, identify opportunities for upselling, and address any issues proactively.

Sales and Business Development:
Develop and execute strategies to expand our client base within the EV charging industry.
Identify potential leads, conduct prospecting activities, and convert leads into active clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches.
Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.

Product Knowledge and Expertise:
Stay informed about the latest developments in EV charging technology, industry trends, and regulations.
Educate clients about the features and benefits of our EV charging solutions.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding installation, maintenance, and operation of EV charging infrastructure.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams such as product development, marketing, and customer support to ensure alignment in client strategies and initiatives.
Gather feedback from clients and communicate insights to relevant teams for continuous improvement of products and services.
Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex client issues and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the EV charging or renewable energy industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
Technical aptitude and ability to learn and understand EV charging technology.
Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
