Our client, a therapeutic children’s service provider, is seeking a dedicated Children's Residential Deputy Manager for their 3-bedded Children’s Residential Home in Ormskirk. This role involves supporting the Registered Manager with the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, and managing the home in the absence of the Registered Manager.
Support the manager in all aspects of running the home and ensuring obligations set out in the children’s home quality standards 2015 are met.
Assist in ensuring each young person's needs are met through effective assessment and care planning.
Take the lead in setting standards, evaluating achievements, and securing improvements in service quality.
Facilitate and support young people in decision-making and promote choice and involvement in house meetings.
Record information about young people and ensure communication with staff members.
Delegate tasks to staff members and monitor their effective implementation.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
