Adults Registered Service Manager

Registered Service Manager £38'000 per annum Our client, with over 25 years of experience in providing supported living care services, is seeking a dynamic Registered Service Manager to join their fast-paced management team at the Peterborough head office. In collaboration with your Team Leader, you will oversee the daily operations of your services, reporting directly to the Group Operations Manager. As a Registered Service Manager, your duty is to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the services assigned to you, supporting service users in a person-centred manner to meet the goals of their support plans and fostering independence consistently. Additionally, you will lead your staff team to operate effectively and safely, adhering to the company's policies and procedures. The position requires a Registered Manager with CQC credentials. While experience with the registration process is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Applicants must have:
- A minimum of five years' prior experience in a senior role supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Challenging Behaviour.
- An NVQ/QCF in care at level 5 or an RMA at level 4 or be in the process of obtaining one.
- A full UK driving license and access to their own vehicle.
- Proficiency in IT, including digital care management systems, rosters, and MS Office.
- Flexibility in working hours; while typical office hours apply, flexibility is required for service user events, on-call duties, etc.
- An annual salary of £38,000
- Reimbursement for mileage
