So what are we looking for?

We need a positive and talented, 'people person' who loves searching high and low for top talent to keep our teams supplied with the very best interim and permanent resource. We have been supporting a quality led model since our founding in 2004 and our model and brand is in greater demand than ever before, hence our expansion and advertising for this role. This resourcing

role will see you building relationships with candidates and keeping in touch with them to understand the challenges and problems they have faced and overcome. You will sit at the heart of our community build, extending our networks of talent and resourcing specific roles against quality, budget and timeframes.

It’s difficult to paint a picture with a few words in an advert, but if I had to describe the Practicus environment in a sentence, this is what I’d go with:

Base Salary negotiable depending on experience + Commission + bens

(including Health plan, Life Insurance etc) - Finish at 4pm Friday and Take

your Birthday off on us.
