ISMG’s Account Representative Team is the heartbeat of the organization & the work they do is essential for our continued growth & success. As an Account Representative , you will be responsible for identifying & acquiring new business while maintaining consultative relationships with existing clients. In order to meet projected revenue goals, you’ll consistently analyze the market & your assigned territory to identify gaps & strategize on creative ways to persist and perform.
Ide ntifying & acquiring newclients through diligent & targetedoutreach via cold-call, email, and networking tactics.
Achieving agreed upon sales targets & performance outcomes within schedule.
Lead Qualification – Conducting Discovery Sessions & Needs Analysis
Order Fulfillment & Post-Sale Support

A Bachelor’s degree or Master’s (preferred) in related field
~Experience targeting executive decision makers within Media, Marketing, Branding, or Research/Content divisions
Formal training in one of the following Sales methodologies (or another formal process): MEDDIC, Value Selling, Challenger Selling, Sandler
Strong relationship building skills & ability to establish productive professional business relationships
Familiarity with Salesforce & CRM practices
Willingness to learn & apply feedback to improve performance
