A marketing team working in the background to build your personal brand, generate leads and provide ongoing marketing support.
*Admin, compliance, contracts, credit support (you know, all the boring admin stuff slowing you down).
*A joined up approach from a delivery team to resource, fill and help manage your jobs. The best technology in recruitment and a best in class desk & systems set up.
*Ongoing training and implementing better ways of working.
*There is straight forward 25% commission for contractor placements and 20% for permanent hires.

No problem, there will be no threshold or financial targets for your first 6 months.

You will be a Recruitment Consultant focusing on business development. Previous proven experience within professional services recruitment with a successful track record would be great however if you have a sales related background that utilises; Some good stuff to take advantage of working at Talent Locker include; monthly massages, fortnightly yoga, team meals, end of quarter trips and socials, free parking and a well kitted out office in Chandler’s Ford.
