About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and organized Doctor Assistant to join our surgery operations team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to our ophthalmologists, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities Liaise with Patients prior to and after surgery. Prepare and maintain patient records accurately. Schedule appointments and manage patient flow. Handle administrative tasks such as billing and correspondence. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards. Requirements Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills.
