The purpose of this office based design and technical role is to provide industry leading service and support to the companys customers, both internal and external, adding value in the delivery
Provide After Sales Technical help
Provide technical support to the External and Internal teams
standards set forth in key performance indicators
Logging / raising quotes on the company CRM system
Administration and testing of the customers product returns and associated documentation
Relevant Qualifications, Knowledge, Training:
General Knowledge of Electrical systems
General knowledge of gas and oil heating products preferred but not essential
Familiar with the use of Excel
Training in house will be available and also external training courses where required
Hours of Work 0830-1630 Monday to Friday with 1 hour Lunch each day
Training will be offered to the right candidate
A good opportunity for a young engineer to come into what is an ageing team to learn, develop their skills and in years to come step up into senior positions alongside other younger team members already in place.
