About the Nursery:

Supply Desk is working with a warm and nurturing nursery, located in Horsham that are committed to providing exceptional early years education. The nursery offers a creative and play-based approach to learning, where children are encouraged to explore, grow, and develop their skills in a supportive setting. With a focus on fostering individual potential, the nursery provides a safe and stimulating space that promotes curiosity and joyful learning for all children in their care.

The nursery is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join their team. While formal qualifications are not mandatory, we are looking for candidates who possess a genuine love for children, enthusiasm, and a commitment to learning on the job.

A relevant childcare qualification is desirable
A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
A genuine passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
Assist in the daily care and supervision of children ages 0-5 years old
Support the Nursery lead in implementing engaging activities for the children that encourage social and emotional development
Create a safe and nurturing environment that allows children to learn
Monitor the progress and development of the children you are working with
