We are actively searching for a Sales Development Representative Specialist for our partner - a globally trusted workforce management system, headquartered in London, UK. Their platform streamlines onboarding, billing, and payments for contingent workforce, service providers, consultants, and freelancers spanning 184 countries.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative / Business Development Executive
  • Proven track record in selling enterprise SaaS products
  • Desire to have experience in selling HR software, ATS, or workforce management systems
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other sales CRM is a plus
  • Must have experience in drafting compelling sales presentations

Your Role:
As a key player in our dynamic team, you will oversee the end-to-end process, from lead generation to successful deal closure. Your responsibilities include customizing product sales presentations, conducting product demos, and scheduling follow-up calls and meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding, engaging, and qualifying inbound leads and inquiries
  • Initiating contact with potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Creating targeted prospect lists and penetrating key accounts
  • Gathering relevant information to understand prospects' needs and how we can meet them
  • Identifying key players, researching business requirements, and presenting solutions to initiate the sales cycle
  • Setting demos and appointments for account executives upon lead qualification
  • Ensuring successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in HubSpot
  • Collaborating with account executives and the CEO to close deals
  • Engaging current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities, and develop account intelligence
  • Contributing actively to designing successful processes in the SDR position and implementing best practices
  • Reporting results to the Global Product & Sales Manager
  • Developing expertise in our product portfolio to provide excellent counsel to new prospects
  • Acting as an industry expert on the company's offerings and solutions
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing team members on the strategic sales approach
  • Proactively identifying ways to improve the products and services delivered
