Our training and Compliance Administrator will undertake the administrative process and analysis to ensure our business remains compliant in regard to National and International standards and Industry accreditations. In addition you’ll support business managers through good planning, organising and sourcing of training courses and by aligning learning programs with the company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with managers within the business to ensure that training objectives are being identified & met
  • Support the business application & maintenance of accreditations
  • Maintain the master company training matrix
  • Maintain and track the training budget
  • Maintain a full electronic file of risk Assessments, method Statements and work Instructions
  • Assist the ‘Senior Compliance and Training Coordinator’ in the attainment & retention of business identified accreditations
  • Ensure the availability of all training records and certification
  • Build effective relationships with internal customers
  • Supplier selection and performance monitoring
  • Carry out general office administration as required and directed by Operational Management

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience of managing a administrative process
  • Well organised with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel & Word
  • Familiarisation of a ‘Training’ environment desirable (knowledge of suppliers)
  • Comfortable working at pace and with change
  • Excellent and proven attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience using internal systems and databases
  • Commitment to continual improvement
  • Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels
