We are seeking a proactive and experienced Key Account Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, organising, and administering our services to ensure the highest level of efficiency and client satisfaction.
Register candidates in compliance with legal and ethical standards, including eligibility to work and other relevant regulations.
Deliver client-specific training as agreed, such as manual handling and inductions.
Work with the Branch Manager and Senior Account Specialist to provide innovative service delivery solutions.
Review service performance with clients regularly to assess and suggest improvements.
Deliver services according to client SLAs.
Issue Client Satisfaction surveys and implement improvements based on feedback.
Ensure candidates are paid correctly and on time, and organise weekly payroll clinics.
Provide general advice and guidance to temporary workers on performance and absence management.
Conduct appraisals and reviews for temporary workers, if applicable.
Conduct investigation meetings for complaints or issues.
Issue Candidate Satisfaction surveys.
Ensure all operations comply with legal and ethical standards and company policies.
Complete monthly Branch Quality Audits.
Minimum of 6 months' experience in providing professional account management or recruitment services.
Strong administration and IT skills.
GCSE English and Maths at grades A-C or equivalent.
Business Administration Level 3 qualification.
