We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Key Account Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in developing, organising, and administering comprehensive services designed to ensure optimum efficiency and effectiveness for our client contracts, ensuring both client satisfaction and profitability.

As a Key Account Specialist, you will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. You will manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, and maintaining accurate records and systems.

Register candidates ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Deliver client-specific training as needed.
Collaborate with the Branch Manager to provide innovative service delivery solutions.
Regularly review service performance with clients and suggest improvements.
Deliver services as per the client SLA.
Manage client feedback and satisfaction surveys, implementing improvements where necessary.
Provide advice and guidance to temporary workers on performance and absence management.
Ensure full compliance with company processes, procedures, and legal requirements.
Complete monthly Branch Quality Audits and Client Ethical and Customer Audits as needed.

Minimum of 6 months experience in account management or recruitment.
GCSE English and Maths at Grades A-C or equivalent.
Business Admin Level 3 qualification.
