As a Key Account Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing, organizing, and administering comprehensive services designed to ensure optimum efficiency and effectiveness for our client contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, and maintaining accurate records and systems.
  • Register candidates ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Deliver client-specific training as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to provide innovative service delivery solutions.
  • Regularly review service performance with clients and suggest improvements.
  • Deliver services as per the client SLA.
  • Manage client feedback and satisfaction surveys, implementing improvements where necessary.
  • Provide advice and guidance to temporary workers on performance and absence management.
  • Ensure full compliance with company processes, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Complete monthly Branch Quality Audits and Client Ethical and Customer Audits as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in account management or recruitment.
  • GCSE English and Maths at Grades A-C or equivalent.
  • Business Admin Level 3 qualification.
