Receptionist and Hospitality Assistant – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

12:00 – 19:00 Monday to Thursday, 10:00 – 19 :00 Friday

THE COMPANY: Our client is a leading Barristers Chambers, who are seeking a Receptionist and Hospitality to join, on a 12-month fixed term contract.

THE ROLE:
  • Answer incoming calls, take messages and forwarding to voicemails
  • Acting as the first point of contact, greeting visitors and assist with queries
  • Set up conference rooms with refreshments and lunches
  • Monitor stock and ensure efficient crockery is distributed through the building
  • Managing meeting room bookings
THE PERSON:
  • Experience in a similar front of house / reception role, ideally in a Legal environment, or professional services
  • Well-presented, with strong communication and organisation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional telephone manner and customer service skills
