Horizon Teachers are working with a West London based alternative provision who are looking for an experienced SEND Teacher to join their team and support primary aged children.

The school aims to support learners with a range of special educational needs and disabilities by using a specialised approach with each individual to help them achieve academic targets as well as helping them become independent and functioning members of their community.

Key attributes: Experience working with SEND children, including those with SEMH and EHCP's Experience in a leadership/managerial role. Be able to contribute to pupil progress across all aspects of their development.
