Position: SEN Teacher (Special Educational Needs) Location: Are you a compassionate and experienced SEN Teacher ready to make a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs, including those with challenging behaviors?

Our schools in Brent are seeking dynamic and dedicated SEN Teachers to join our team immediately. This is an exciting opportunity with the potential for a permanent full-time role to support and empower SEN students in their educational journey.

As an SEN Teacher, you'll play a crucial role in providing tailored support and interventions to help SEN students achieve their full potential. The Role: As an SEN Teacher, you will deliver personalized and engaging lessons that meet the individual needs of SEN students, including those with challenging behaviors. Provide tailored support and interventions to meet the specific learning needs of SEN students, including those with challenging behaviors.
Adapt teaching methods and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities, ensuring all students can access the curriculum.
Work closely with SENCOs, support staff, and external agencies to develop and implement personalized learning plans for SEN students, monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed.
Inclusive Practice: Promote a culture of inclusion and acceptance, where all students feel valued and respected for their unique strengths and abilities.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience working with SEN students, particularly those with challenging behaviors.
Specialist knowledge and training in SEN and behavior management strategies.
Empathy, patience, and a compassionate approach to supporting students with special educational needs.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to learn and implement new strategies to support SEN students.
A competitive daily rate of £120-£220.
Full-time position with an immediate start.
