Job Description

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to raise the firm's profile and growth in new verticals and countries.
  • Oversee the company's international brand development to be seen as the premier Cleantech advisory firm and as trusted experts.
  • Collaborate with the C-Suite to align marketing objectives with business goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate market trends and adjust marketing strategy accordingly.
  • Build relationships with international media and develop relationships with key cleantech events.
  • Develop and manage the department's budget.
  • Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to the C-Suite.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Marketing Director should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior B2B marketing role within the professional service or advisory market
  • Create compelling marketing results without extensive budgets.
  • Excellent understanding of market trends and marketing strategies.
  • A great collaborator, with an enthusiastic hands-on attitude
  • Comfortable working in demanding, blue-chip environments
  • Bring new ideas to raise the company profile and extend its impact
  • A passion for renewables and cleantech, aptitude for technology, willingness to gain a proficient understanding of industry trends, and ability to define topics for communications activities
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly adaptable with the ability to easily move from strategic thinking to being a hands-on marketeer.
  • Enjoy and be comfortable working in an agile environment with a strong sense of ownership.
