Director, Customer Account Manager

Reporting to the UK Commercial Director, the role fits within the UK Commercial team and will be responsible for managing nominated retail customer accounts – both existing and new business. There is a need to liaise across the wider business with the project management, customer service, marketing, design, finance, and product teams.
Closely and proactively managing customer relationships in order to achieve the annual sales and profitability targets.
Managing the P&L of the accounts: turnover & gross profit, as well as supporting invoicing and credit control efforts where required.
Knowledgeable about competitor activity and performance, and on the wider trends in the market.
Develop account strategy, plans, and activity, working as a close partner to the Marketing and Supply Chain teams.
Build launch and promotion activities based on the Group marketing sales cycles.
Ensuring quality forecasting of the demand in the nominated accounts.
Proactively seeking out opportunities to drive business growth, whether through existing accounts, or new business.
Help us improve the shopping experience and drive sustainability in retail.

We employ people from all walks of life and with a wide range of work experiences. 3+ years’ experience in retail in the UK. Preferably within a POS/P or Shop-Fit business.
~ Numerate with a good understanding of account management financials.
~ HL Display has its headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.
We have sales offices in 23 countries, covering 39 markets, and distribution partners covering the remaining markets globally.
Our production facilities are located in Sweden, Poland, UK, Germany and China and handle a variety of industrial processes, including plastics and metal fabrication, printing and assembly.
Our three key customer segments are retail food, branded goods suppliers and non-food retail.
The company has 1,300 employees and net sales of 1,900 MSEK. HL is a wholly owned subsidiary of the listed Swedish Business Group Ratos.
