A brand new disruptive and innovative skincare brand with great plans for 2024 is looking for a proven Sales and Marketing Director to be based in London. As Sales and Marketing Director, you will help launch the brand and the company’s first hero product, establishing key sale channels, retail, and professional care for rapid scale-up in the UK and globally. You will drive the overall sales and marketing strategy and execute the ultimate marketing strategy on and offline, driving top and bottom-line goals and results while enhancing brand equity. An overview of your responsibilities:

  • Ensure the brand’s vision is carried out at company and market levels.
  • Develop innovative led campaigns and execute a high-growth sales and marketing communications plan.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan and go-to-market strategy.
  • Establish key strategic distribution partners.
  • Develop the people strategy to align with delivering the annual goals. Create a high-performance culture and team and ensure a diverse and inclusive culture exists.
  • Continually review the marketing budgets to ensure the proper channels are utilised most effectively and efficiently (in traditional and digital executions).
  • Proactively work with the innovation team to ensure you have products and programs relevant to the market.
  • Build a high-performance marketing and communications team to maximise in-store consumer engagement.
  • Hire and develop the best people for skills and culture.
  • Actively lead and engage in talent development to create high-performing talent across the region.
  • Be the example and ensure best-in-class compliance and corporate governance by creating and sustaining a culture of ethics and integrity.
Our ideal candidate is a passionate and analytical marketing leader with 10+ years of experience in the beauty or consumer goods industry. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a deep understanding of omnichannel marketing and the beauty retail landscape, and can inspire a team to achieve ambitious goals. You have relevant knowledge of working with major UK and Global beauty retailers and are able to use this to grow a successful beauty brand. You’ll leverage your strong communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly across internal teams and external partners, all while keeping a data-driven approach to maximise impact.
