We're seeking a Land Sourcing and Acquisitions Agent to join our client's dynamic team dedicated to revolutionising the renewable energy sector. Position: Land Sourcing and Acquisitions Agent Location: Glasgow Role Overview: As a Land Sourcing and Acquisitions Agent, you'll play a pivotal role in the mission to expand renewable energy initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: Identifying and evaluating potential land parcels for renewable energy projects. Engaging with landowners, negotiating land acquisitions, and securing agreements. Conducting due diligence, feasibility studies, and environmental assessments. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project development.Requirements: Proven experience in land sourcing, acquisitions, or real estate within the renewables or energy sector. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of regulatory requirements, permitting processes, and land use policies. Ability to analyse data and assess site suitability for renewable energy projects.
