Seeking an experienced operational leader to oversee our pharmacy, wholesale and medical supplies divisions
Speeds Healthcare is a specialist provider of outsourced pharmacy solutions to hospitals and care facilities. We supply medicines, equipment, consumables and support services to private hospitals and clinics throughout the UK.
Our mission is to assist health and care providers attain excellence in the management of medicines.
It is an exciting time to join Speeds Healthcare. The company is expanding significantly through 2024 and our new site, One Lakeside, due to open this year, will provide Speeds with a significant capacity increase and create opportunities for new and existing team members. The progression opportunities open to all team members are very exciting
Speeds Healthcare, a leading provider of healthcare solutions, is seeking a Head of Operations to join our team. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that core functions operate productively achieve their business objectives
Direct and control daily business operations to ensure that our goods and services are of the required standard, at the right time and at the agreed cost
Evaluate overall operational performance by gathering, analysing and interpreting data and metrics
Ensure all legal, ethical and professional requirements are met
40 hours per week. Working flexibly within the hours of 8am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday, as the business requires.
