Our client is a PE-backed business that holds a unique position within the sector in which it operates. They can rightly claim to be at the forefront of technology & innovation in what they do with this backed up by a level of quality, reliability, efficiency & service excellence which is second to none.
The business is poised for a period of rapid expansion and seeks an HR professional who can bring a level of functional expertise to the leadership team whilst at same time enhance their experience during this exciting period.
This position reports to the Chief Executive.
The Role:
- Develop a people strategy which drives business performance.
- Review existing HR processes and procedures, making changes or recommendations as appropriate
- Influence business decisions and consult with the business on HR initiatives.
The Candidate:
- A generalist Human Resources background with a commercially focused approach – specific experience in performance management, pay grading structures, staff appraisal and training programs is essential.
- Able to constructively persuade and influence the business when required.
- Can translate policy and process into practical solutions.
- Previous experience within a business that has a depot operating structure would be advantageous.
