Brookwood is working with a client who is searching for a Housing System Implementation Consultant (Interim). This role comes with a favourable contract rate.

The Council is looking for an implementation consultant to help the 400+ users in using this new system.

The modules that went live in the summer include, but are not limited to:

Rents and Arrears, Repairs, Voids, Housing Advice, Placements, Allocations, PSL, Tenancy Management, Planned Maintenance, Mutual Exchange, Property Purchase, Service Charges, Lettings.

Most Of The On-boarding Of The New NEC Housing Has Already Been Completed – But The Council Is Now Moving Into a Phase 2 Of Development, Taking On New Modules Which Include But Are Not Limited To

Asbestos Register, Asset Management, Choice Based Lettings.

36 hours Mon to Fri (09:00:AM - 05:00:PM)

Role

  • Planning training dates, venues, user management
  • Manage Asbestos Register, Asset Management, Choice Based Lettings

To apply for this Housing System Implementation Consultant (Interim) role, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include:

  • Experience in training delivery for NEC Housing (previously Northgate)
  • Willingness to travel to sites in Croydon
  • Experience in classroom and virtual training
  • In-depth experience using MS teams
  • Support for end users - dealing with ServiceNow requests
