Oakleaf Partnership is representing a prestigious, high performing, entrepreneurial Asset Management company. This organisation is looking for an interim HR Business Partner to work closely with the business as a Trusted Advisor. This is a very hands on role, providing a high touch service covering the entire employee spectrum and adding value to the business. They do require HRBP's or HR Generalists from either Asset Management, Investment Management, Hedge Funds, Private Equity or Investment Banking.
What is the role
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the People Director to spearhead their People agenda and oversee HR initiatives throughout the organisation. This role offers a diverse array of responsibilities, where you'll serve as a Trusted Advisor, offering solutions and assistance in Talent Management, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Rewards, Data Analytics and Reporting, as well as Culture and Compliance initiatives. Candidate profile/Experience
- To apply you must have HRBP experience within Financial Services.
- Educated to degree level or equilent and ideally Level 7 CIPD qualified
- Strong communication, influencing, stakeholder management skills and strong decision making skills
- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to influence different business areas and management levels
- A strong service ethic and the ability work strategically but also operate at the tactical level too
- Demonstrate commerciality and a strong knowledge of Employment Law
- Demonstrate the use of your analytical skills to solve problems and identify solutions
- A motivated self-starter with the ability to adapt to different business needs
