Primary Care 24 (PC24) are excited to share the position of Organisation Development Advisor. As a PC24 Organisational Development Advisor you will play a key part in the delivery of the Organisational Development and Culture workstreams of the People Strategy.
You will support the Head of OD and Culture in organising and delivering training and wellbeing interventions and learning opportunities to support the workforce.You will build relationships across the organisation to understand any skill support training and development that is required and be able to facilitate and deliver successful support to our front-line colleagues.
To will be key to driving forward the improvement of employee performance and the building of a strong learning and development culture, leading to improved outcomes for our patients.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
UK driving licence advantageous but not essential
