  1. Architect and execute a harmonious social media strategy, leveraging the full spectrum of digital tactics. With a mastery of paid social, influencer dynamics, and partner marketing, you'll conduct the digital orchestra across all channels.
  2. Lead the charge in generating leads through our social channels, amplifying awareness of our diverse legal services.
  3. Curate a vibrant social media calendar, spotlighting LinkedIn, X, and Instagram as our main stages for brand elevation and revenue streams. And yes, we're eyeing TikTok and YouTube for future conquests.
  4. Craft compelling narratives and content across all platforms, ensuring our brand voice resonates consistently throughout the digital soundscape.
  5. Produce timely video and audio content on pertinent legal topics, collaborating closely with our internal legal experts to ensure relevance and impact.
  6. Capture the essence of our firm's events and campaigns through captivating visuals and videos.
  7. Dive deep into the psyche of our target audience, tailoring bespoke social campaigns that speak directly to their hearts and minds.
  8. Analyze campaign performance with surgical precision, translating data into actionable insights to fine-tune our strategies. ROI isn't just a buzzword here—it's the heartbeat of our success.
  9. Harness the power of automation platforms to streamline content delivery across channels, maximizing our digital footprint.
  10. Cultivate relationships with influencers and ambassadors, nurturing partnerships that deliver tangible results.

  13. Harmonize efforts with our Marketing Director and digital agency to ensure seamless integration of our digital campaigns.
  14. Keep a vigilant eye on the competition, adjusting our strategies as needed to maintain our edge.

Your Baton:

  1. A minimum of 4 years of proven prowess in social media marketing, whether in the B2B or B2C arena.
  2. A virtuoso in both organic and paid social media strategies, with a track record of orchestrating impactful campaigns.
  3. A maestro in reporting on KPIs and ROI, transforming data into actionable insights.
  4. A deep understanding of how organic and paid strategies can harmonize to amplify impact.
  5. A virtuoso in managing multiple social channels, crafting strategies that strike the perfect chord with audiences.
