Job Purpose

In line with the GlobalProcesses and Policies, as well as local Procedures, provide AssetPlanning & Engineering support to the Research, Engineering,Manufacture and Supply Chain (REMS) Organization.

JobDescription

- Ownership for the process of managingassets across all SURF REMS Manufacturing plants 
- Creation of asystematic method to provide standardization, visibility, and athorough understanding of existing asset inventory levels acrossplants
- Collaboration with SURF Manufacturing Plants to baselineexisting processes, create a centralized approach, and standardize themanagement of assets
- Enables the flexibility of asset sharebetween Hubs to meet product specific execution
- Proposes theneed for any new asset investment including CAPEX requests and reviewswith Manufacturing leadership teams
- Collaboration with thefinance team to review subsequent impacts to the balance sheet anddepreciation analysis per financial standards
- Manages theforecast of asset needs based on the unconstrained demand plan andsubsequent master production schedules, aligned with detailed analysisfrom SURF sites.
- Perform risk assessments on assets forconflicts between plants, projects, subsea tenders, and services
-Acts as a Liaison to other portions of the business with rental assetand customer owned inventory to de-risk Manufacturing projectexecution
- Ensures cooperation and partnership with design teamsto standardize asset when applicable
- Ensures cooperation andinteraction across diverse internal stakeholders, often managingconflicting interests and/or demanding customers

You aremeant for this job if:

- Bachelor’s degree inengineering or related discipline. 
- Experience level 3-6years
- Demonstrated experience on SAP system
- Knowledge ofour products and assets requirements preferred
- Power BI andPower Automate demonstrated experience 
- Product and Oil & GasIndustry knowledge preferred
- Proven ability to navigate a teamsuccessfully through a cross functional matrix organization
-Experience working globally with diverse cultures, in multiple timezones, and ability to excel with multidisciplinary and diverseteams
- Strategic thinker with a track record for developinginnovative solutions to difficult Business problems
- Demonstratedability to successfully implement change throughout anorganization
- Demonstrates advanced negotiation, planning,presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability tohandle multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-pacedenvironment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability toestablish deadlines and manage priorities for self and otherstakeholders from workgroups
- Demonstrated experience in leadinginitiatives with Lean Tools, such as A3, Obeya, RCA, Kaizen
-Ability to communicate oral and written in English. 
- Ability tocommunicate oral and written in French language is adifferential.
- Strong teamwork, performance management, processmanagement and relationship skills
