DIGITAL MARKETING LEAD
We are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager to join Nolte Kitchens and contribute to the successful growth of our UK kitchen retail business.

Nolte Kitchens is a family owned business, one of Europe’s largest Kitchen manufacturing businesses and Germany’s Favourite Kitchen Brand, having been voted for the third time in a row. Product quality and innovation are at the heart of our success, creating market leading ranges which our dealers and customers alike love in equal measure. The role is based in our head office in Wilmslow, and will require hybrid working. The role reports into the Head of Marketing.

To support the growth and development Nolte Kitchens in the market in line with business objectives.
• Work with key stakeholders to support Digital Marketing requirements and build effective, integrated campaigns that meet objectives.
• Manage the website including day to day performance and analysis, with a clear view on website conversion rate optimisation through A/B testing.
• A strong understanding and ability to manage and optimise paid channels including Google, Bing and other paid search channels as well as social including Facebook, Instagram and developing new channels such as You Tube and Pinterest etc.
• Manage technical, create and deliver organic and SEO activity in line with our content strategy, and analyse the performance.
• Accurately forecast potential delivery for the accounts.
• Help manage ongoing relationship with current marketing agency, ensuring optimum performance and best value.
• Knowledge of PPC, SEO, Paid Social and Content marketing.
• Experience of managing websites, SEO, analytics and social media
• Experience of managing performance driven campaigns with evidence of increasing revenue through a multi-channel approach.
• Excellent planning, organisation, time management, written + verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Design suite and art working experience
